The campsite is proud to have obtained the “Accueil Vélo” label thanks to the quality services offered to cyclists. This label ensures that cyclists will find establishments committed to providing a quality welcome, withadequate facilities, and located less than 5 km from a cycle route.

Cycling around the campsite
If you can’t, or don’t want to, bring your own bikes, we offer on-site bike hire with a full service and personal welcome, including minor repairs!
The two bicycle paths start in front of the campsite, the first one will take you directly to Canet-en-Roussillon and its beaches of fine sand (cycle track at 4,96 kms from the junction EV8 la méditerranée à vélo), and the second will lead you to inland and vineyards towards Saleilles and Perpignan with its typical center and its stores and without forgetting the numerous vineyards of our department of the Pyrénées-Orientales.
The Camping les Flamants Roses**** is ideally located to take advantage of these cycle tracks, and we put at your disposal all the documentation necessary to plan your escapades with bicycle.

Green Route Saleilles – Canet plage

An easy, smooth asphalt trail accessible to the whole family. It will make you discover the Catalan landscapes in all their splendor, from the land to the vineyards and the fine sandy beaches.
Voie Verte Ste Marie – Perpignan

Accessible for the whole family
A traditional trail to discover the Catalan heritage. From the coast, you will cross the land to reach the city of Dali allowing you to discover all its wealth and heritage.
THE VELITTORALE Barcarès – Argelès
16 km from the campsite = 20 min

Euro vélo 8, a stage from Barcarès to the confines of the Vermeille coast arriving at Argelès, this greenway allows access to the various seaside resorts of the coast. The bicycle rather than the car to fully enjoy the Mediterranean coast.
Green way Perpignan – Thuir

The greenway winds through the countryside of Roussillon between Perpignan and the city of Thuir. Between the Mediterranean and the Canigou, facing the Aspres, this easy and pleasant bike ride will lead you to the heart of Thuir and the famous Byrrh cellars.
Green way Argelès – Le Boulou

From the beaches of the Mediterranean in Argelès, to Le Boulou at the gateway to Spain, along the foothills of the Pyrenees and the Albères, the bicycle is king on a secure greenway. A very beautiful itinerary in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees.
Green way Barcarès – Rivesaltes

From Barcarès to Rivesaltes, this greenway allows you to crisscross the interior of the land while housing the river Agly. An easy and accessible walk for the whole family. Discover the various playgrounds on your way.

Travelling by train with a bicycle is possible!
Folded or dismantled bicycles in carrying cases are accepted free of charge on board INTERCITES and TGV INOUI trains. For an unassembled bike, you’ll have to pay €10.
For OUIGO, you need to subscribe to the “bike” option, which costs €5.
In TER, your unmounted bike can be taken to the bike area, which is accessible free of charge and without reservation.
