Come with your long-haired (or short-haired) companions

Camping Les Flamants Roses**** accepts pets. We know how difficult it is to organize a vacation with your pet, so we decided to make it easy for you! No difficult separation, no kennel fees, but a 4 star stay for all family members.

We simply ask you to bring your vaccination booklet and present it at the reception desk.

Our friends the dogs are allowed (except categories 1 and 2) as well as cats.

Activities to do with your pet

Here is the list of beaches near the campsite that accept dogs on a leash. For those who love hiking, you can also discover the Catalan landscapes with your little companions.

Canet / St Cyprien

Come and discover the large beach of the Lido (not supervised). You will easily find a parking lot along the road nearby.

Argelès-sur-Mer

You can also enjoy the beach of La Marenda or the beach of Racou with your pet. Parking up to the dike in Racou (not supervised).

Torreilles

You can find two beautiful beaches: the north beach and the south beach (or Bourdigoul beach): one of the most beautiful wild beaches of the department.

Our advice for a smooth stay

Going on holidays or on a walk with your dog is not always easy, so we will give you some tips for an ideal vacation. The campsite is located 30 minutes from the Spanish border, so if you want to go there, don’t forget the following formalities: your dog must be chipped and have its vaccines up to date. Also remember to bring your European passport!

Check in with your veterinarian and prepare a small first aid kit. You should know that there are sun creams adapted for animals, they are sensitive to the sun’s rays too.

The nearest veterinary clinic is located in Canet-en-Roussillon (16 impasse Jacques Cartier, 66140 Canet-en-Roussillon). You can contact it from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12 am and from 2:30 pm to 7 pm, as well as on Saturday from 8:30 am to 12 am at 04 68 73 08 20.
